Privacy Policy

We collect the information your school provides: staff, student, and guardian records, attendance, grades, and related academic data — plus the minimal account details (name, email) needed to sign in.

Data is used to operate the school workspace you belong to: role-scoped dashboards, attendance and grade tracking, alerts, and communication between guardians and staff. We do not sell your data.

Every record is visible only to roles your school grants: guardians see their own children, students see their own records, and staff see what their role permits. Access is enforced server-side.

Data is stored in managed Postgres databases with encrypted connections. Records are retained for the school's subscription; deletion requests go to your school administrator.
